Salvador Furniture will supply quality product, manufactured wherever possible using Australian materials. All manufacturing is carried out in our workshop in West Gosford, NSW.

Salvador Furniture guarantees our products for a period of 5 years from the manufacturing date to be free from any manufacturing defects. Salvador Furniture guarantee their products to be supplied fit for the purpose offered or as quoted and confirmed, and used considerately thereafter.

This guarantee does not cover misuse or damage due to environmental factors such as exposure to extreme conditions, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, scratches, burns, or inappropriate use or use of inappropriate cleaning products or breakage of glass, or damage to 3rd party property. This guarantee does not cover damage by carrier beyond Salvador Furniture, and recommends customers consider insurance.

This guarantee does not cover cost of transport beyond Salvador Furniture. Whilst we do offer free local delivery anywhere on the Central Coast, any cost of transport beyond this region shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. In the case of a complaint under this guarantee the customer should contact Salvador Furniture with proof of purchase.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear and in the case of faulty hardware, it does not cover labour for onsite fitting. Salvador Furniture reserves the right to determine manufacturing faults and repair any product covered by this guarantee. As solid timber is a natural product, this guarantee does not cover minor movement of timber panels over time.

All outstanding invoice balances must be paid in full and cleared prior to dispatch and installation.
